PTS is a service organization that strives to bring new value to the post-industrial plastics recycling industry by providing “total” plastics solutions. PTS has in house total processing capability of turning scrap plastics in to the palletized form. Our grinding capability includes grinding lumps, chunks, large or small parts in any form. The extrusion facility includes four six inch single and twin screw extruders and can process and compound any thermoplastic resin. Our optical sorting equipment provide us with unique capability of segregating contaminated material in regrind or pellet form. The company thus has a capability of processing “optically contaminated” regrinds in to the pellet form.

Our blending capability ranges from 2000 lb to 20000 lb and can make custom blends including color concentrates for our customers. Finally, our complete testing lab and exhaustive raw material and product testing ensures our product consistency. With our group of companies, we can provide recycling to any industrial plastic scrap. Through complete communication with our customers and suppliers, we utilize every means at our disposal to ensure the quality of not only the products we supply and procure, but also the relationships with the people who make our business such a success.
